Mobile Home Park
Thank you for taking the time to
review our plans for the Binscarth Mobile Home Park.
It is our plan to
make this Park into a very attractive alternative to
those do not want to purchase a house. In order to attain
that goal, mobile homes are subject to inspection by our
building inspector before being moved into the park.
Second hand mobile homes will be allowed but may have to
undergo cosmetic upgrading before meeting the standards
of the park. They also must meet the requirements of the Z240
code which means they cannot be older then 1985.
